heather sent a message to Jane Fraser CEO, CitiMortgage – email address that said:
I feel that I was treated unfair and unethical with loan modification. I was told that my loan was being reviewed for modification and all forclosure activity would stop. 2 days later citi sold my house and now it is listed for auction. I tried to appeal the decision but was told that I could not appeal it. I still keep getting letters stating my loan foreclosure activity is stopped while the review process is going on. I have called numerous times to speak with my support person and I am told they are computer generated letters and they have no control over them but we are taking your home. also told that I could not appeal the decision. I have contacted a lawyer and the attorney General for the state of Maine for help with this. But would love to see if we could resolve this so legal actions do not have to take place. I make more than enough money to pay for my loan. I went in default due to getting sick with cancer. I am stable and full time making over 5,000 dollars a week.
