I find it difficult to understand why an order cancelled within the hour it was placed cannot have its shipment stopped. If the order is cancelled, you will not receive a cancellation e-mail since we do not send cancellation e-mails,” really! Every action with any customer must be acknowledged. Shoddy policies lead to the loss of customers. So, I am saying so long. There are many other retailers who acknowledge their customers communications in a timely fashion.
I am notifying my credit card company not to pay for this item. I will be placing an order for the correct size pressure cooker momentarily from AMAZON!
I will not be inconvenienced by having to return the item to the store, wait around for delivery, or mailing the item back to you. I cancelled the order within the first hour because I made an error. I once had to cancel an order on AMAZON. No problem at Amazon and this was a purchase that was scheduled for delivery within 48 hours not 7-10 days.
