Elizabeth sent a message to Rodney McMullen – Chief Executive Officer of The Kroger Co. email address that said:
I go in 3 different Kroger stores. The one of my choice is in Dallas, Georgia. I also go to the one on Macland and Powder Springs, Georgia. I also go in the one In Marietta, Georgia. The last 3 times I have been in that store they are so rude. Could you please tell me why?? Is this something that the Manager does not care about and lets his employees get away with or what. I really hate it that I don't feel comfortable going in that store because of the Employees because I have a daughter who has MS and she lives close to that store and I have to do her grocery shopping for her. I was there on Sunday and was completely ignored at the Deli. I was trying to get lunch meat. I finally had to go to the meat department to get pre-packaged lunch meat. Sincerely, Elizabeth. I might add the manager is not much better and the service desk help is horrible.
