I got 2 Samsung note 8 on 07/09/2017 via Telstra, ( AUSTRALIA ) and was advised if done by 21/09/2017 I get 2 wireless chargers in 15 business days. Now today is 21/11/2017 its well past 15 business days and I hope I will get by 31/12/2032 and yes the year 2032.
Is the wireless chargers coming from another planet in our solar system, as I cant believe how long it takes I am doing prays in hope it will be here by 31st December 2032.
For a company whos are products are best in the world, but the service is the worst in world I cant believe Samsung as a company who prides itself on service - this isnt good at all.
I just got a new Samsung tv, also getting another tv.
