DEBRA sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
I got an email this morning said my order was cancelled yesterday. I did not get an email saying order would be cancelled. This is Christmas gift I purchased on 11-27-16 and was expected to be in store on 12-7-16.I had to wait 10 days for it to come in and I did't mind I called the Owensboro Bestbuy today and took three times to get to talk to manager Josh, he was an ass. So I called the 1-800 number and the lady said she would have the manager go ahead an let me p/u my order. So I waited on hold for 30 minutes when she called him and she came back on phone and said I wold have to repurchase the t.v. that I had already bought, and they couldn't honor my purchase price. This is just out right poor customer service. I bought over $1000 worth of Christmas presents at Best buy in lthe last 3 weeks. I want to speak with someone in corporate office regarding this incident. I am contacting the BBB and Ky. attorney generals office Monday ad filing a complaint against Bestbuy.
