I had a complaint awhile back.which I thought was a serious matier .I have been a loyal customer .but I went to the ladies room .and when I was done I pulled tissues paper off the roll ..and there was a nest of bed bugs on the roll .I was hoping none jumped on me .now every day I look for them ..I did talk to some one in cusome service about this .they said they would call me back but never heard any thing ..and another thing ..the store is starting to look really dirty I am going to change my store every time I go there it is so messy and no body is doing any thing.
