Cynthia sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
I had a computer problem on Thurs last and I must've talked to 3 geek squad agents...all had a different approach to hook my printer to my 3 day old computer I bought at Best Buy. The last man I spoke with was rude and uncaring about my situation, telling him I'm old and tp please have patience. He then told me to do something and my computer went kaput, forcing me to buy another at Best Buy by the tune of over $700. I seriously think that I should not have to pay for this computer considering it was working when I spoke to this agent, He kept telling me that I need to make an appt with Geek Squad to come to the house...another $50 dollars and he could not solve the problem. They're to come out Fri. 8/6. I've always had good service with Geek Squad until yesterday. I'm angry because my other computer was just fine until he started having me mess with things. I might add, I'm 68 and totally untech savvy! I need to speak with someone with patience! Help me please. Thank you for your time.
