I HAD a day of meetings scheduled in Austin, traveling with an associate on your 7:05 am outbound flight. I was all dressed, ready to go at 5:20 when I rechecked my email while waiting for a cab. CANCELLED! No call, just a silent email in a mute SWA world. I could had made the 6:10 flight HAD you called. But no, no call, just "...do you still want the return flight?" This is stupidity on stilts. I'm out: $20 to compensate the driver, two hours of sleep, and the effort to reschedule five meetings. To say nothing of the lost opportunity to attend a once a year luncheon.
