I had a horrible experience in your Waugh Chapel, Maryland store yesterday. The following is a copy of the email I sent to your district manager Edward Knowles:Dear Ms. Debra,
I am sorry we had to meet under these circumstances today, but thanks for listening to my ordeal. Its beyond my belief how a teenage employee of Home Goods could disrespect and call me a Racial Slur in front of other customers. Thanks for being understanding and kind to me which is the way I would like to treated as a customer of any business. Please do not hesitate to call me If you need me to testify or use any of my statements I gave you today. Please forward this email and attached receipt to Mr. Eddie Knowles as proof of purchase of the items that were purchased by my girlfriend and picked up by me yesterday.
I hope I never have to see this employee in your store again.
