I had a horrible experience with XMRADIO yesterday. I had 7 or more radios for many years. My Mercedes radio has never worked, It kept going to upgrade station list every few minuets. I have called in several times about this but could not get it fixed. I called Saturday many times for several hours. the wait time ranged from 48 minuets to 88 minuets, when the computer called back and asked me to press 1 it then disconnected the call every time. I finally got thru to a girl that was very hard to understand.(not from this country) I was very angry now and asked to cancel all my radios, she would not. I asked over and over for half hour, she would not cancel my radios. I asked to speak to someone else, they would not cancel the radios. after much screaming they were cancelled. your phone system and the people customers have to talk to are horrible. If you could listen to the tape would be great, you will understand how very bad this was... it really needs a change. Kent
