Angella sent a message to Marvin R. Ellison President of J. C. Penney Company Inc.- email address that said:
I had a jc penny card for about four years. I paid my bills but did not use the card for awhile. Even though I had zero balance on my account and was not delinquent, jc penny cancelled my card for delinquency. I called jc penny and spoke to a representative who was very rude. He told me that even though I owed nothing because I had not used the card for awhile and my credit report was not good they had the right to cancell my account for delinquency. Please advise .
