Amanda Sensel sent a message to Stephen H. Rusckowski President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Diagnostics Email Address that said:
I had a toxicology screen on January 5, 2018, at Union Memorial Occupational Health Suite. I had surgery in December and I advised them and it would be positive. I supplied all my bottles of my meds and rx. I was told today by Human Resources that the lady from Quest Diagnostic advised them in her opinion I could not make good decisions. If this report was reported as negative how legally can your employee render an opinion. She does even know me. I have supplied doctors notes, rxs and medication bottles and she can give an opinion regarding my future. This lady was very nasty and very upset that she had to contact two pharmacies to get my information. I do not know the ladies name but I am sure it is on my report. I am asking that you contact me with answers before I have to contact someone else to further investigate this opinion giving employee and take further action.
