I had and issue with a dealer , Halls motorsports . I contacted Yamaha Motor Corporation in California on1/6/2017 the person there was great. They got me in touch with Yamaha in Georgia with Jeremy Ball . Jeremy said he would contact the dealer and get back to me on 1/6/2017 . On 1/19 1/20 1/23 1/24 1/25 1/26 1/30 1/31/2017 . I called him back and he does not call me back . Is this how Yamaha Corporation customer relations works ? If you or anyone at Yamaha Corporation are interested in my story .
