DAYANAND sent a message to Carlos Ghosn – Chairman and CEO, Renault – Email Address that said:
I had asked through Renault India Online Chat for a Test Drive on 10th August for Renault Kwid. I was given reference no. and your useless executive told they will arrange for test drive and also for the details of the vehicle.Till date nothing has happenned.So again i asked today on chat to another executive Mr Swarup about the status..he says ..work in progress...reference no.Case Id - 12th aug. 12.30 pm. My question to Renault is..Is this how u take care of customer queries ? Is this the standard of Service.Just to bring to ur knowledge..U have useless customer service and also useless dealers..guys who just want to do some job...
