I had booked Renault kwid RXT(O)1000cc white colour by advance payment Rs.7000 at 1.10.16 from Bhim motors Gorakhpur U.P. for to take delivery 28.10.16 at the time of DHANTERAS. I was in contact of dealer continuously.When I went to take delivery of said car with demand draft after managing bank finance against dealer's quotation at 28.10.16.,the dealer had no car of booked model.
Behaviour of dealer was third class and after stay of 4 hours he could not assured me when he will provide the car.
It is very bad for your company and consumers.
