Carol sent a message to Laura J. Alber Director, President, and CEO, Williams-Sonoma that said:

I had intended to purchase a sofa from Pottery Barn in Rogers , Ar. I walked into the store on two different occasions. On both occasions I was ignored and when I finally asked for help was treated as if I was a huge inconvenience. I was handed a fabric sample and then completely ignored again. I would understand if they were very busy, but there was only one other customer and two associates that day. When I called the store to complain they only made excuses and then were also very rude. I like your products but will never do business with your company again. Please train your employees in the art of customer service. This is not the only Pottery Barn in which this has happened to me, but it was the first time the service was so horrible I felt the need to complain.
