I had to argue with the associates at my local store just to get my refund. I took the game, still in its shipping packaging, straight from the mailbox to the store. They did not want to refund my money because it was after 7 days from purchase. After arguing for 30 minutes, the manager finally gave me a full refund. As if that wasn't bad enough, i tried to cancel my online order less than 24 hours after it was placed, and it took you guys over a month to even respond. I will be sure to tell all of my friends about my experience, and I definitely will NOT be shopping with GameStop again.
