I had to contact you because there is a lack of "Customer Service" email. I don't want Chat and I don't want to sit on Hold while a recording tells me how busy your reps are and my business is appreciated!! Issue: I get calls now and then about payment being (past) due.........why can't you mail me (USPS) a statement??? I have no idea what my account number is - we have SiriusXM on two vehicles.........for many years.........now we get a phone call about a payment due?? It came this morning at 9 a.m. (also a couple of months ago) -
