Dennis sent a message to Mark Fields, President and Chief Executive Officer ,Ford Motor Company email address that said:
I had to have my vehicle repaired under warranty while traveling, the dealer sent me to get a rental car ( enterprise ) they offered me a Nissan, which I declined then a HYduni? and said that's all that was available, I went to leave and low and behold they found a Ford. But case in point why does the company use a vendor which does not offer their products, recommended by the dealership, doesn't seem like good business to me, or maybe I don't understand why we promote the competition.
