I had your ad for your wild-caught Patagonia pink shrimp for $5.99/lb limit 10 – W Rodney McMullen email address

Bonnie Sunday sent a message to Rodney McMullen Chief Executive Officer of The Kroger Co. email address that said:

I had your ad for your wild-caught Patagonia pink shrimp for $5.99/lb limit 10 lbs.. As I walked to the seafood counter at your Kent Store located at 13304 SE 240th St, Kent, WA, I saw a whole row of them and was pleased that I would be able to get the 10lbs that I wanted for Christmas dinner. Even though there was a whole row of them the lady threw a 2lb bag at me and said that is all she could give me. That she was told only one bag (2 lb) per customer even though both the ad and the sign at the seafood counter said limit 10 lbs. Her name I believe if I remember correctly was Connie. She even argued with 2 other Managers there in front of me. She told the male Manager "for the 3rd time I will tell you, I was told only one bag per customer" "She can come back tomorrow for more". What guarantee will I have that after I finish work tomorrow (Monday) and get to the store probably around 6:00PM that there will be any left? I cannot see well to drive at night as I have cataracts (Im 68 years old and have a hard time getting around) but I guess I am going to have to do it anyway and pray Ill be able to get 10 lbs of shrimp as you advertise. This is false advertising and illegal!! I should have taken a picture of all the shrimp that were in the counter but I didnt think about it until I got home. The Manager of the Deli was one that tried to help me but the seafood girl would not even listen to her. The seafood girl was very rude and I hope she is not the one that works tomorrow when I have to drive down to your store after working all day and in the dark. I am just very angry!
