LIU sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel – email address that said:
I have 3 lines under my account. I enquire whether i could switch data plan between 2 hp numbers due to usage requirement and better cater to our needs. I was happy when your staff said can be done. I stress few times that hp NO. must not be switched, only data.
It still happened and I did not received any call to address this problem when promised to. How irresponsible. My wife miss her client calls and my son miss his lecturers calls. But singtel dont bother to call.
I am exasperated, no joke
