Gary sent a message to Stephen H. Rusckowski – President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Diagnostics – Email Address that said:
I have a billing problem that your people refuse to address. I have been using Quest in L.A. for at least seven years. All that time, Quest's bills were covered under my law firm's health plan. I left that plan effective 1/1/16 and am now covered by Medicare with supplemental Blue Cross coverage. However, your people insist on continuing to bill my old plan for post-1/1/16 services and have ignored by directive to stop doing so. It results in my old plan sending me EOBs denying coverage and makes me look dishonest. It is very frustrating to me that your people are so incompetent or crooked as to keep billing my old plan. You shouldn't have to concern yourself with such petty matters, but I feel I have no choice when your people are so non-responsive.
