I have a checking and saving account at your bank. Today I called to find out why electronic converted checks were not returned, simple question. After more than 30 minutes on the phone, being disconnected once, I was never transferred to the section that could answer my query because I had given my name more than sixties and my checking account number. Your agent called me by my name but insisted I tell her who I was. I do not have tie for these silly games and still do not have an answer to my query. Is this Custmer Service ?
