I have a claim from 12/23/15 for a inpatient procedure authorized by my medical group that the hospital Torrance is not paying timely. It is going to collections and will be reported to my credit. I have spent 4 hours on the phone this week to rectify this. I am trying to get calls back If you review my file you can hear call where your own claim supervisor admitted he cannot even reach torrance to get this claim paid. If no one contacts me by noon on monday 4/4 16 I will be filing a complaint with the DMHc , I decided to email after being on hold for 40 minutes at 5.40 Pacific time 4/1/16. Very dissapointed with your service. After 90 Minutes on the phone 4/1/16 No resolution. Please call me
