I have a complaint but first want to say how much i enjoy my Sirius. I have been able to stream to my phone for over 2 years. the last time i used it was end of October. Ive bee a subscriber for at least 9 years Had 2 lifetime memberships still have one and at least 1 additional vehicles with yearly renewal.I can no longer stream and after spending 45 minutes on the phone last night talking to 4 different people all i heard was no no no and we can sell you another package which will allow you to stream. Well first off its not like i stream every day but i want to be able to when i want to .and with the package i have now i only listen to 6 to 8 stations the rest mean nothing to me so why buy more. All i asked was to get the streaming back since i had it for some time. At one point the first person i talked to told me he checked my account and i never had it pretty much saying i was lying . All asked for was the streaming like i told everyone i talked to i could hook up the lifetime portable and not pay a yearly fee or i can continue to renew my second radio and pay the yearly fee all i ask for is the streaming back at no additional charge .As a long time customer i dont think thats a lot to ask for . New subscribers get perks what about existing customers.
