I have a complaint. First of all I cannot get through to your Customer Service via Phone. They do not answer and I do not have the patience to wait forever on hold: like I have nothing else to do but wait on FPL.
What I was calling about was the constant outage of my service. These outages have cost me money in the form of the Air Condition Unit being disabled by them. I just paid $65.00 for nothing and I still have to pay FPL the full bill!!!! Every Month!!!!!
My problem is my being frustrated at not being able to contact FPL and I also cannot stop the outages. I also cannot complain to any government entity because they are all in cahoots with the big companies.
Mister, you might be a big shot in your own world but you do not know what life is like at my level, which is way down here. Big Corporations are ruining the lives of poor people. And its all through GREED. It hurts me in my pocket and I cannot complain to anyone.
This country is going COMMUNIST. The lower classes have no recourse.
I need to hear from you regarding the money I wasted because of YOUR OUTAGES.
