Robert sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:
I have a fraudulent purchase and called customer service. Was not pleased that forms have to be filled out via mail, he stated a photo ID was presented at the purchase and that there is a chance we will have to pay. He then was reluctant in closing my account and explained I would not get discounts in the mail- my card number is stolen, does customer care not understand the future security issues that could occur! Then I was told late fees will still occur on the charges. We are very concerned about our card being compromised, I am again sorely disappointed that Kohls is not equally as concerned. Please remove these charges before additional late fees are incurred, we have never shopped at the Middle River Kohls, our shopping history will show this. Please renew my faith in your stores and take care of this issue promptly.
