Richard and May sent a message to James Dimon Chairman, President, and CEO, JPMorgan Chase Co. – email address that said:
I have a home loan and a bank account with Chase and I have since it was BankOne. I pay my mortgage on time every month like clockwork. My wife sent our mortgage payment a few days early about 6 months ago. It was misapplied and put towards the principle. We didn't know this until we get notices that we have a late payment. We do not have an extra house payment laying around to just send in so we asked over and over and over in multiple conversations that they re-apply that payment towards the month as it was intended. We have had over 8 conversations and every time we think someone understands and can fix it, it never gets fixed. Now I am running the risk of not being able to refi- due to late payments of which I never truly was late. Nobody seems to care at Chase and nobody will help us. Can you?
