I have a home policy with Allstate.
I recently had a sewer backup and ServiceMaster was called. After requesting a copy of their bill from three different departments in Allstate, I finally received a copy. I believe there is fraud in the billing.
I have been told - sorry - you are not happy, but..... Once again, I believe there is fraud. I am the consumer. These monies were paid on my behalf. I would like to know how such payment can be substantiated. No wonder insurance premiums are so astronomical!
