Don sent a message to Keith E. Wandell Chairman, President, and CEO, Harley-Davidson Inc that said:
I have a issue with one of the dealerships, called Harley Davidson and they took the complaint and passed it over to another department and the gentleman that answered tone was like kiss my rear end. I have never heard such negativity in his demeanor. I sold Harley Davidson for 8 years and love the vision of the company but it should not be this hard to deal with an issue that one of your customers have.
