I have a Kodak E-Frame that is no longer able to receive photos. Seems like – Jeffrey Clarke email address

Linda sent a message to Jeffrey J. Clarke CEO, Eastman Kodak Company – email address that said:

I have a Kodak E-Frame that is no longer able to receive photos. Seems like there is no longer any type of support for this beloved item. I cannot understand why this is not being supported by a big company like Kodak. That is precisely why I bought the Kodak item - that it would always be supported.

I cannot get any help online, or by calling Kodak about this !! It is connected to my router - the issue seems to be that KODAK is no longer servicing the email address associated with receiving the photos to the frame.

Can you help?!?!?
