I have a matter I've been forced to escalate through your corporate offices as I have received what I consider to be some of the worst service in management. I myself am a member of management and when my capital one 360 account was fradulently debited not once but twice in a 7 day span and one of your "managers" Melissa completely disregards my requests to escalate the call and on a recorded conversation lets me know "there is no one above me" " I am the highest you will get to talk to", clearly shows your company's disregard for their clients. Currently I am out of 200.00 in 7 days and your company has repeatedly tild me to "just call back". Now I have creditors I have to call to let them know I won't be able to pay them and yet your staff ARROGANTLY tell me to just call back. I have 23.00 to my name, my bank account is frozen and the people you employ, who are supposed to carry your vision refuse to escalate or assist in the matter. I have already started the process of opening an account elsewhere as this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Since I have every inclination to believe your office will probably disregard this escalation as you've disregarded everything else thus far, I want to let you personally just how short your organization has fallen in providing satisfactory services, handling complaints and as a bank overall you are rated an F in my book... If you could be rated lower I would rate your organization accordingly. though I am sure you will probably ignore this correspondence. Your organization does that very well....
