I have a move scheduled for tomorrow. when I scheduled the move I was advised that I would need to obtain approval from my HOA for have three PODS delivered because I live in a gated community. I obtained the approval and notified PODS. Today I received a call from George the local PODs representative advising me that I would need a city permit in order for them to deliver the three pods. i explained to him what I had been informed ,, however he insisted that the information that was provided by Lewis was incorrect. I contacted the city (i have an email of proof) and was advised that they will not issue a permit because it is a private road. I tried several time to contact George with no success. I called the 800 number and spoke to one of the supervisors Kelsey explained the situation to him. He told me that it was Georges call and he is requiring a permit from the city. I am very frustrated because I cannot get a permit because our subdivision is considered private property. Whats even more frustrating is that I was not informed of this information until today.
