I have a "Startup" that has been fully costed and scrutinised by both KPMG and PwC.
I am in Australia where you have quite a large presence.
This project currently produces 32,000 metric tonnes of horticulture and could be increased to 50,000 tonnes over the next 12 months and within 36 months with more land acquisitions could reach up to 100,000 metric tonnes.
The project currently controls (government license) over 4,000 meg of high quality secure ground water for commercial irrigation.
26 inches of rain falls each year on the district.
The soil types are beautiful cracking black clays.
I have started my own package branding and looking into processing some production under that brand. I am reasonably small scale at present, but with an investment partner like Campbell's I could quickly scale up to become a major player.
I envisage within the next 18 months I will have enough scale to be a price maker not a price taker on at least one of my product lines.
