I have always loved Ford and have always had outstanding service with every Ford Dealership I have received service from. I am a service member so I move around often. In the recent two years that I have had my current Ford Focus Titanium, I have had several issues. I have taken my Ford to two Ford Dealerships a number of times for the same reoccurring issues. Each time I have only received a temporary fix (re-setting chip/software). I am now stationed in Italy and the local Ford Dealership is more than happy to do the proper labor to fix the issues (P2872-Clutch "A'' stuck engaged and P0805-Clutch position sensor circuit malfunction) with my vehicle. My issue is why did Ford in the U.S. not fix these issues when they serviced my vehicle? Am I able to receive help to get my Ford back running the correct way? I would like to continue loving Ford and receive assistance to fix these issues. Thank you for your time.
Very Respectfully, Ms. Rodriquez
