I have an account with PODS and I would like to talk to you regarding – John B Koch email address

I have an account with PODS and I would like to talk to you regarding my experience with your customer service supervisor (Kendra).

When I scheduled the POD, I was told that my POD would be picked up and stored at the OKC location on Air Depot road and that I would need to call 5 days prior to wanting it moved to the final location. I called today (Monday, July 17) and asked for the POD to be delivered on Friday, July 21. I was told this is impossible since it is located in Fort Worth TX and it would take until July 25 to get it to my final location. I have a recorded conversation with the initial customer service rep telling me my POD would be stored in OKC and could be delivered within 5 days. I explained this to the Customer Service Supervisor (Kendra Bowens) and she said she could not help. This is POOR customer service!! Please contact me so we can discuss further.
