I have an account with Suntrust and I live in New Port Richey, Florida. Last week one of your representatives John Barry accepted an order to place a hold on my account for over 10,000.00 which was faxed to him by a party that has a 5000.00 judgement against me. First of all, it was not a court ordered hold, it was sent by an old room mate of mine, it did not go thru court. It holds all money so I have nothing for medicine, rent, utilities, etc. and I had to hire an attorney to help me, your representative has not returned any of my calls or my attorneys calls who is Beverly Barnett 727 841 6878. Please help me.
