I have an account with you for 3 years. At first I could only get internet. I waited a whole year to get Prism Preferred T.V I was so excided I had Cox's at the time. There have been problems on both sides of this. I had a death in my family and my grandma I was not home. I called and asked how much it would cost to turn every thing back on Mac said it would be $436.03 inter-net t.v. and phone I said my sister would call and pay it and she did. Breann said it was $381.00 to turn every thing back on so my sister paid it. I called back and talked to Toren was on the phone for over and hour he said I still owed $25.03 for inter-ne and now $150.00 deposit for t.v Every time I call it's a different price. I have asked to talk to someone and I keep getting the run around. I talked to Tina (manager) wrong department Nancy (manager) who passed me to Dessin who passed me to Karlee I have a list of people that I have talked to and still my t.v it not on. I have a disconnect notice dated for 02/25/16 but I called 2 days before that. I would really like my t.v. turned back on. I have paid $406.03 to you Please help Thank you very much for your time. I know your a busy man but its the little people like myself that keeps you busy sorry. Renae.
