I have an active auto claim case numbered. The person who is in charge of my claim is John who is from the company's auto claim department. For my case I called this John numerous many times and sent emails to him twice but never received reply from him. What John did made me very upset because he ingnores my contact. I also called customer service department many time asking them to pass my request to be contacted but didn't received contacts from the same department either. Could you please order the claim department to call me to discused the solution regarding the case .
