I have an idea for new qualification system.
Make 3 groups of drivers. The q-list of the last GP is the start. Numbers 17 till 23 is the first group. They get 20 minutes time in Q1 to set their fastest lap. Then the numbers 9 till 17 get also 20 minutes in Q2 to set their fastest lap. Finally the numbers 1 till 9 get also 20 minutes in Q3 to set their fastest lap. Qualification completed, race-order is ready. Qualification-groups for the next GP is also ready.
All cars use the same tires (depending on the weather-forecast) during qualification.
Strong point of this system is that there will be cars on the track during the whole qualification; the slowest drivers qualify against each-other and the fastest ones too.
