I have an issue with your company. My husband ordered a game on – J Paul Raines email address

Diane sent a message to J. Paul Raines – Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation – Email Address that said:
I have an issue with your company. My husband ordered a game on Aug 8, 2016...no mans sky. Your company debited our account on the 9th. Today is the 6th of September and no game.  had a tracking number
Tracking number disappeared after we called India, not a good experience and your help line. Found your help line. After 2 or 3 emails, we heard from one person that said they could not pull up anything with order number we gave them....funny how we could see the info, but your associates could not find anything.
Needless to say we are not happy customers and our $71.00 might not be much to you, but each and every person that buys from your companies puts money in your pocket.
I've been in retail for 30 years if a company I worked for treated our customers like this, well the person would not be working there long.
We can't seem to get the game we purchased from your internet company, so I guess I will just tell my story to others so they will not be taken in by a company that does not value their customers.
