I have been a Anthem/Blue Shield customer for over 30 years and am fed up with your company. I just spent over an hour trying to get information from someone whose accent and knowledge made it impossible to choose an Anthem plan. You are dropping my existing PPO plan in Colorado with no choice but an HMO plan. I cannot even find which doctors/hospitals are in your network. I was CEO/President of a company where we employed over 500 people before selling to a public company Reliance Steel and negotiated our insurance plans. You are treating individuals terribly with your corporate decisions. There is no reason to drop individuals which may only represent approximately 63,000 people in Colorado and still cover employee plans at a lower rate with more choice. I am still a on the Board and will pass along my opinion of Anthem to my former company which I ran. As for now, there is no way I can choose an Anthem plan since your representatives by phone and website do not give any clear cut information on providers. You probably do not even care to read this message but will send anyhow. I would want to know as a CEO since I value customers. Robin
