I have been a business customer since 1997. I purchased my 2nd phone system last year from Windstream and it still doesn't work properly and I was also told I would have an additional year on my maintenance plan if I signed up for 3 years that never happened. I have yet to pay for the maintenance plan but paid for the phone system. I have asked Windstream to fix all these problems but for some reason they can't get it resolved.
