Ted sent a message to Jane Fraser CEO, CitiMortgage email address that said:
I have been a Citi Mortage customer for over 15 years. Until recently all Mortage payments were on time. In January 2015 I was forced to retire since then I have use almost all my savings satisfying the Mortage . I have applied for assistance twice with Citi but told I did not qualify. I owe about $500k and the property is assed at between $750 to 8946k. I am trying to sell but it is a lake property 50 miles from Austin.
Can you suggest someone I can work with at Citi to extend terms until the home sells. I intend to pay in full when the house is sold but need more time and we continue to live on the property and care for it.
