I have been a Costco member for many years in Michigan and joined in Charlottesville as soon as one was available. We since, dropped our Sams Club membership. We have been very satisfied until now. Once Costco began offering organic chicken, we have purchased it on a regular basis. We were impressed, because it was tender and flavorful. However, a couple of months ago, it became obvious that you changed vendors. Now the meat is oversized, tough, and without flavor. We threw out our last batch, rather than eat it. I just spoke to a store manager who verified the switch, which was made due to cost. However, it seems dollar wise and pound foolish, since we will no longer purchase it and discarded what we had bought. To us, quality trumps pricing. Thought you should be aware.
