I have been a customer as long as Nordstrom has been in the Atlanta, Ga market. Nordstrom had been my favorite store for many years but many things have changed that. The most recent is the game of ordering anniversary sale items getting an email a couple of days later saying the item wasnt available only to see it restocked again later only to reorder get the same email again. I understand that some items are anniversary sale exclusives but Im talking about Barefoot Dreams items that are part of regular stock year after year. The proper thing to do would be to keep the order in tact fill those orders rather than cancel an order yet offer it again on the website again after it has sold out . You should never cancel an order if you know the item will be restocked, this is really pissing me off I cant be the only one!
