I have been a customer for over 30 years, and have wavers to get East coast West coast networks, I tried to change my package to choice from extra, well this took my networks, and after over 12hours on the phone all I get is too bad, you did that. I think you could put them back on my programing, I did go back to extra, I dont think you should be able to hold these networks hostage, since I had them on Saturday, and now I cannot EVER have them again????Please hook my back up, after 30 years as a customer I think we should be able to watch those networks. Thanks pam, I know this probably wont go any where but I thought I would give it a try, I do live in an area that is 3 hours from any big city like Little Rock, Memphis, and Springfield,. thanks for any help you can give me.
