. I have been a customer for several years with century link. I am about to close on our home and got a call stating we may be homeless and can't close because we have a collection that was just filed this month with century link for 62 dollars. I called you guys and got nothing but horrible customer service and the guy said they have been mailing my old address with the amount due for a long time. Not once have they called me or billing my new address which is why itwasn't paid because I didn't even know about it. I just paid it in full and they said they sent it over to the collection company. Because of this companies errors I am now suffering to possibly not closing on my home in a week and my credit score has dropped 78 points. I have been an outstanding customer of yours and now I am closing my account since I have been treated horrible by your reps and supervisors. I hope no one has to go through this inconvenience again because of something on your companies end.
