I have been a customer of Suntrust bank for 25 years now and I can\'t – William H Rogers Jr email address

Paul Tabachnick sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks Email Address that said:

I have been a customer of Suntrust bank for 25 years now and I cant believe how you treat your customers. Your bank shut down my debit card due to a $1.25 fraudulent charge. I contacted customer services I wasnt upset or angry when I called. By the end of the call I was furious. Now Its a week later and I havent received my replacement card. Im out of food in the house, running out of dog food and since I work 55-70 hours a week, getting to the bank is out of the question. Other banks fed ex overnight a new card I know this because it happened to my friend. Bottom line first chance I get to change my direct deposit to another bank I will . This isnt the first issue I have had with Suntrust. But it will be my last. Hope your polices are good for you because 25 years of banking with you Ive had it.
