I have been a dish customer for 30 years plus. I also had a dish – Charlie Ergen email address

Debbie sent a message to Charlie Ergen – Co-founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dish Network – Email Address that said:

I have been a dish customer for 30 years plus. I also had a dish installed on our RV so I would be connected to Dish. I was paying dish $148.23 which included HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, and the Movie channel which I thought was great. I received a bill that was for203. 00, I called Dish right away to see why my rates was so high, but was told I could not negotiate my price until the first week in August. I called on August 1st and asked why my bill was so high and the male told me all my discounts were expired, so I asked him to reinstate my discounts back so I could go back to paying the $148.23. He transferred me to another person and I got the price to $190.00, but still was not happy with that amount. I asked him why doesn't Dish have better discounts for your long time subscribers instead of only new customers, which he could not answer. I even asked if there was any type of discount for Senior Citizens on a fixed income. I was extremely happy paying $148.23 for all my services I was receiving.

I called Dish because I wanted to send you an email and wanted to know your address and some female answered the call and WAS SO RUDE to me that I cancelled most of my services with Dish. The female I spoke with had no compassion or empathy towards a long time loyal customer. My advice to that is she needs more training on her job because all I wanted was your email address to let you know that I think you need some type of program for Senior Citizens on a fixed income.
